The energy stimulant Penco X-RIDE SHOT 25ml has positive effects on improving mental and physical abilities that have been confirmed by many studies. The role of caffeine in improving mental abilities such as alertness, mental alertness, concentration, memory, learning ability, decision-making in critical moments or better adaptation to stress induced by physical activity has been recognized in doses as low as 75 mg of caffeine. According to the EFSA opinion, the positive effect of caffeine on increasing endurance performance was demonstrated at a dose of 3 mg/kg body weight 1 hour before performance. At a higher dosage of caffeine (4 mg/kg TH), it was found that the same physical load is perceived as less demanding and requires less effort. A daily caffeine intake of 300 mg is considered a safe dose according to EFSA.
