This drink restores depleted energy reserves, replaces deficits of water and electrolytes, thus improving the body’s thermoregulation and reducing the risk of cramps. WHO IS THE MINERAL DRINK SUITABLE FOR? PENCO® MINERAL DRINK prevents a decrease in performance, especially during performances of up to 1.5 hours. It is therefore suitable for all sports activities where the active phase does not exceed this time. These are mainly team sports, swimming, shorter training sessions or cycling or running races.

During running training, races or other endurance activities, where you do not take a bottle with you, we recommend mixing about half a dose of PENCO® MINERAL DRINK and drinking it before exercise. If you do not use a regeneration drink, PENCO® MINERAL DRINK can also be used for regeneration. Mix PENCO® MINERAL DRINK in a hypertonic concentration (2 scoops in 250 ml of water) and drink preferably within 15-20 minutes after sports activity. In this way, you will replenish not only fluids and minerals lost through sweat, but also glycogen reserves. That way you will be better prepared for further performances. PENCO®MINERAL DRINK is also successfully used as a drinkable bark for pre- and post-operative therapy of patients and convalescents. PREPARATION AND DOSING: mix the contents of the bag in 500 ml of cold water. It is drunk just before performance and then every 10-15 minutes, depending on time, intensity of performance and ambient temperature.
